Virginia Ellen Wagner
Virginia Ellen Wagner, age 95, of Uniontown, Pa., passed away Friday evening, September 5, 2014 in Hillside Manor.
She was born on Friday, August 22, 1919 in Morgantown, West Virginia the daughter of the late George Wagner and Alice (Jackson) Wagner.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, George Wagner Jr.
She was a member of the Great Bethel Baptist Church, Uniontown, Pa.
Virginia was a former volunteer at Uniontown Hospital and also the now former Uniontown Thrift Store.
She worked for many years with the Paine Weber stock exchange.
She is survived by her loving sister Betty Stefan and husband John of Uniontown, Pa.; niece, Wilma Cabe and husband Bill; great-niece Jennifer Shaddon and husband Gary; great-nephew, Jeffrey Cabe and wife Angel; great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.
Friends will be received in KEZMARSKY FUNERAL HOME, 71 Pennsylvania Avenue, Uniontown, Pa., today, Monday, September 8, 2014 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and on Tuesday morning from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon, the hour of Service with Pastor Neil Hoppe officiating.
Interment will follow in Oak Lawn Cemetery.
