Peter S. Rudik
Peter S. Rudik, age 85, of Uniontown, Pa. passed away peacefully on Friday evening, September 26, 2014 in the Uniontown Hospital.
He was born Sunday, December 30, 1928 in Oliver Three, Fayette County, Pennsylvania the son of the late Frank Rudik and Mary (Keckage) Rudik Baran.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his two brothers John Rudik and Frank Rudik.
Peter was a member of Saint Mary (Nativity) Roman Catholic Church.
He was a Veteran serving in the United States Army during the Korean War, and was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 47 and the American Legion Post No. 51 both in Uniontown
He is survived by his beloved wife of 59 years Rose (Sabatula) Rudik; his loving son, Peter M. Rudik of Uniontown, Pa.; step-sister, Mary Salatino; step-brother, Joseph Baron; and his beloved dog, Lady.
Private funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the KEZMARSKY FUNERAL HOME, 71 Pennsylvania Avenue, Uniontown, Pa.
