Mary Louise (Carroll) Boyle

Mary Louise (Carroll) Boyle, age 89, Uniontown Pa., passed away on Saturday, August 8, 2015 in Uniontown Hospital.
Mary Louise graduated from Saint John High School and was a life long member of Saint John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, Uniontown, Pennsylvania She was a member of The Christian Mothers and The Jefferson Club where she held office in various capacities.
Mary Louise enjoyed bowling duck pins at Laurel Lanes as a member of several leagues.
She also regularly met with her many friends for card club.
Mary Louise loved family dinners —–especially during a holiday —– and the fun of family vacations.
Mary Louise was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. James E. Carroll.
She was also preceded in death by her spouse, John J. Boyle Jr. in 1992. Together they had three beloved children: John ‘Jack’ Boyle (Tamara) of Uniontown, Pennsylvania Timothy ‘Tim’ Boyle with whom she made her home and her ‘right hand’, Uniontown Pennsylvania and Jane Boyle Renda (Anthony) of Bear, Delaware.
Mary Louise had the following grandchildren: Lisa Renda Whitelock (Jonathan), Jared Naughton and fianceé Jill Starkey, Jonathan Boyle and companion Sara Martucci, Colin Boyle; also great grandchildren: Jensen Whitlock and Mia Naughton.
Mary Louise was preceded by her parents; the following siblings: Thomas Carroll, James E. Carroll and Lenoir (Carroll) Delehunt; and by these brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Elmer Boyle, Nell (Boyle) McKittrick, John Delehunt, Edward McDowell, Joseph Kupfner and Elizabeth (Boyle) Moser.
She is survived by the following siblings: Margaret ‘Peggy’ Kupfner of Bethel Park, Pa., Adele (Edward) McDowell of North Huntingdon, Pa., Joan (Frederick) Bloom of Meadville, Pa., Patrick (Anita) Carroll of Fort Myers, Florida and also Cleveland, Ohio; sisters-in-law: Irene (James) Carroll of Algonquin, Illinois, Lorna (Boyle) Hall of Uniontown, Pa.; and many loving nieces and nephews.
Family and Friends will be received in the STEPHEN R. HAKY FUNERAL HOME INC., 603 North Gallatin Avenue Extension, Uniontown Pa., on Wednesday, August 12, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m and Thursday, August 13, 2015 until 9:30 a.m. when the Prayers of Transfer will be said.
The Funeral Mass will follow on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. in Saint John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, 50 Jefferson Street.
Interment will follow in Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown, Pa
Family is requesting charitable donations be made in Mary Louise’s name to the Fayette County Association for the Blind, 48 Bierer Lane, Uniontown, PA 15401.
