Mary Elizabeth (Hardinger) Hendrickson
Mary Elizabeth Hardinger Hendrickson, age 100, of Chesterfield, Virginia and formerly of Cumberland, Maryland, passed away on Sunday, November 29, 2015 at Lucy Corr Retirement Village, Chesterfield, Virginia.
She was born on Sunday, March 28, 1915, in C u m b e r l a n d, Maryland the daughter of Theodore Benson Hardinger and Sarah Elizabeth (Martin) Hardinger.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Paul W. Hendrickson on Monday, April 16, 2007; her parents; and daughter-in-law, Sharon Hendrickson
Mary was a very loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
She was an active member of Christ United Methodist Church, Uniontown, Pennsylvania
She was an active 4-H member.
She was interested in sewing, cooking, her community and her family.
Mary is survived by her daughter, Gloria Bradmon and husband Tom of Chester, Virginia; by her son, Paul Hendrickson of Emmitsburg, Maryland; as well as five grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
Friends will be received at the ADAMS FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 404 Decatur Street, Cumberland, MD 21502 (www.AdamsFamily FuneralHome.com) on Friday, December 4, 2015 from 2 to 4 and from 6 to 8 p.m.
A Funeral Service will be conducted at the Funeral Home on Saturday, December 5, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Quentin Simpson officiating.
Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Park. 13800 Bedford Road NE, Cumberland, MD 21502.
