Sara (Bungard) Hyatt Kovach, age 96, of Claysville, Pa., formerly of Hopwood, Pa., passed away Monday, December 7, 2015 in Washington Hospital, Washington, Pa

She was born on Sunday, November 17, 1929 in Farmington, Pa., a daughter of Harry Bungard and Oda (Conaway) Bungard.

She was predeceased by her parents; a grand daughter, Kelley Jo Hyatt; one brother and two sisters.

Surviving are her husband Edward Kovach three daughters and one son: Lori Brunelle and Ken of Smithfield, Pa., Sherry Webster and her husband Brent of California, Pa., Christra DiMarzio of Claysville with whom she made her home, John Hyatt and his wife Karla of Uniontown, Pa; seven grandchildren; eight great grand children; and her faithful dog, ‘Rocky’.

Friends will be received in DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, HOPWOOD, Pa., Thursday 2 to 6 p.m. and on Friday, December 11, 2015 until 1:00 p.m., the time of the Service.

Entombment will follow in the Chapel of Memories Mausoleum at Sylvan Heights Cemetery Uniontown, Pa.
