Joseph Paul “Joe” Stillwagon
Joseph Paul ‘Joe’ Stillwagon, age 56, of Masontown, Pa., passed away on Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at home with his loving family by his side.
He was born in Uniontown, Pa., Saturday September 26, 1959 the son of Edward and Mary Stillwagon Costa.
He graduated from Albert Gallatin High School.
He was employed at W i l s o n W o r k s, M o r g a n t o w n, West Virginia.
‘Joe’ was a member of the Masontown Pals Club
He was a former member of the Albert Gallatin School Board and was recently elected to Masontown Council.
He was a member of the Masontown Brethren Church where he was a Trustee and loved working at the Church.
He was predeceased by his father, Edward Stillwagon; and his grandparents, Paul and Virginia Carney.
In addition to his mother, Mary Stillwagon Costa, he is survived by his daughter Amanda and her husband Justin Gouff and their daughter, his granddaughter, Olivia Gouff all of Waynesboro, Pa.; sister, Paulette and husband Barry Foreman of Masontown, Pa.; nephew, Joseph and his wife Nici; niece, Ashley and her husband Dave Lahey; and two great nephews Noah and Caleb
Family and Friends will be received in the JOHN S. MAYKUTH JR. FUNERAL HOME, 7 River Ave., Masontown Pa., today, December 10, from 5 to 8 p.m. and on Friday, December 11, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m
Viewing will continue Saturday, December 12, 2015 at MASONTOWN BRETHREN CHURCH, 110 West Church Avenue from 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m., the hour of Service.
Interment will follow at LaFayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, Pa.
