Police responding to Connellsville bank robbery

Connellsville police are investigating a bank robbery on Memorial Boulevard in the city..

According to a dispatcher at Fayette 911, there was a robbery reported at the PNC Bank around 2:30 p.m. The drive-through/walk-in bank is located in the Shop N’ Save plaza along Route 119.

Reports indicated a gun may have been involved.
