Clayton Scott Johnston, age 54, Masontown, Pa., passed away Thursday, January 29, 2015 at West Virginia University Hospital, Morgantown.

Friends will be received in the JOHN S. MAYKUTH JR. FUNERAL HOME, Seven River Avenue, Masontown, PA 15461 today until 10:00 a.m., the hour of Service in the Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Dr. Alan Schmiedt officiating.

The family requests donations be made to the John S. Maykuth Jr. Funeral Home.

Interment will be at the Jefferson Cemetery, Jefferson, Pennsylvania.
