Point Marion man faces assault charges
A Point Marion man is charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and harassment after allegedly entering the home of another Point Marion man Tuesday evening and fighting with him after being asked to leave.
Dwayne Bair, 33, allegedly struggled with Jeffrey Mullenax, 46, punching him in the face, then striking him with a small metal oxygen tank. Mullenax suffered cuts to his mouth and a bruised jaw, according to state police.
