Joann L. (Kozlina) Rogers, age 81, of Washington, Pa., and formerly of Uniontown, Pa., passed away at 9:00 a.m. Saturday, November 7, 2015 in Hawthorne Woods Nursing Center, Washington, Pa.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated today, November 11, at 10:00 a.m. in SAINT THERESE DE LISIEUX ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH, 61 Mill Street, Uniontown, Pa. The family asks that anyone attending go directly to the Church at 10:00 am.
Burial will be private in Saint Joseph Cemetery Fairchance, Pa.
Memorial contributions may be made in care of the family.
