Perryopolis man to face kidnapping charges in court

By The 1 min read

All charges were held Thursday for a Perryopolis man accused of holding two women in a Washington Township home in October.

Jason Nole, 20, allegedly held two women, Charmaine Farquhar and Nicole Sisley, at gunpoint and threatened to kill them and himself at 332 Redstone Church Road.

He allegedly choked Sisley and pulled out some of her hair, and threw Farquhar to the floor.

Nole allegedly fled when police arrived. They searched the woods for three hours and found a .22-caliber rifle on the ground outside of the home.

He was taken into custody Oct. 17 and released Nov. 5 when a $10,000 bond was posted on his behalf, according to court documents.

Magisterial District Judge Richard Kasunic II added a non-monetary bond condition to his bail. That condition was not specified.

Nole is facing two counts each of aggravated assault, terroristic threats, kidnap, false imprisonment, reckless endangerment, simple assault and disorderly conduct and one count of flight.
