Grace Mary (Grasso) Rossini
Grace Mary (Grasso) Rossini, age 91 of Uniontown, Pa. passed away peacefully on Monday evening, November 16, 2015 in the Uniontown Hospital.
She was born on March 16, 1924 in Masontown, Pa.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 64 years, Frank T. “Muzzy” Rossini and her brother Frank Grasso.
She was a member of St. Therese R.C. Church.
Along with her husband Frank, she was a business owner since 1958, owning local bars and restaurants, including Dutch’s Bar, the 5 O’clock Club, and Rossini’s Restaurant.
She enjoyed painting, spending time at the casinos, and most of all loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her loving children: Richard Rossini and wife Edie of Atlanta, Ga., Sylvia Smith of Hershey, Pa., and David Rossini and wife Lugene of Uniontown, Pa.; loving grandchildren: Kimberly McCarty, Angela Rossini Camilli and husband Richard Jr., Bryan Rossini, and Grace Smith step-grandchildren: Kelli Cashin, Chad Baxter, and Jeff Smith and wife Jenna; loving great-grandchildren: Matthew, Lauren, Jacob, Ella, Karianna, Ben, Jake, and Elsa; other relatives, and many friends.
Friends will be received in the KEZMARSKY FUNERAL HOME, 71 Pennsylvania Avenue, Uniontown, Pa. on Thursday, November 19, 2015 from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., and on Saturday morning until 8:15 a.m. when parting prayers will be said followed by a 9:00 a.m. funeral mass in St. Therese R.C. Church in Uniontown, Pa.
Interment will follow in the Sylvan Heights cemetery. A parish wake service will be held on Friday at 3:00 p.m.
