South Connellsville man waives charges in trespass, indecent exposure

By The 1 min read

A South Connellsville man who allegedly entered a house, disrobed and got into bed with two girls waived his charges to court Thursday.

Police said Kenny Callahan, 21, was severely intoxicated when they arrived on the scene at Aetna Street Oct. 18.

Police said he inappropriately touched the two girls, ages 12 and 13. He told them he did not know how he got into the house at about 4:20 a.m. Oct. 18.

They said there were no signs of forced entry into the home.

One of the girls lived in the home, and the other was visiting. Police said the mother who lived in the house was away overnight.

The girls were asleep when Callahan allegedly climbed into bed with them and ran out of the house, according to police.

Callahan will face charges of criminal trespass, indecent exposure, harassment, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness in Fayette County Court.

He was released from jail Oct. 21 when a $25,000 bond was posted on his behalf.
