Dwayne A. Haley, age 52, of Uniontown, Pa., passed away on Monday October 12, 2015 in UPMC Mercy Hospital

He was born on Tuesday, February 19, 1963 in Cleveland, Ohio.

He was preceded in death by his son, Michael Dwayne Haley.

Left to cherish Dwayne’s memory are his wife, Debra (Fields) Haley; stepchildren: Ronald Nice, Dale Nice Jr. and wife Leslie, Cora Nice and Connie Nice; sisters: Heidi and Cindy; and step-grandchildren: Isaac, Madison, Rusty.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANDREW D FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORIES, INC., 80 Morgantown Street, Uniontown, Pennsylvania

There will be no viewing and interment will be private.
