State police filed charges against a Connellsville man accused of twice tattooing a minor.

Thomas Edward Klink Jr., 24, is charged with the misdemeanor charge of tattooing a minor for allegedly giving two tattoos to a 17-year-old boy at 106 Freeman Lane.

According to the affidavit of probable cause, the teen did not have permission from a parent or guardian, nor was one present for the tattooing.

Klink allegedly gave the boy a tribal tattoo on his left forearm and a cross on his right forearm Oct. 10.
