Margaret (Bakewell) Smith
Margaret (Bakewell) Smith, age 87, of Brownsville, Pa., was called to Heaven on Friday, October 23, 2015 while in Jennie’s Personal Care Home.
She was born on Thursday, February 16, 1928 in Brownsville, Pa., to Charles Bakewell and Bessie (Miller) Bakewell.
She was a member of Brownsville Wesleyan Methodist Church.
She was predeceased by her parents; husband, William Russell Smith; brothers, Charles and Thomas; and sisters, Dorothy, Louise, Geneva.
She is survived by three children: Bonnie Wright, Richard Smith and wife Debbie, Darla Mikulicz and husband Russ; four grandchildren Jill, Jennifer, Richard and Robert; and three great grandchildren.
Friends will be received in the SKIRPAN FUNERAL HOME, 135 Park Street, Brownsville, Pa., on Monday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.
Visitation will continue on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 in the WESLEYAN METHODIST CHURCH OF BROWNSVILLE, 6050 National Pike, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., the hour of Service with Reverend Edward Truitt officiating
Entombment will be in the Chapel of Peace Mausoleum at Lafayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, Pa.
