Stephanie T. Harbaugh
Stephanie T. Harbaugh age 62 of Monessen , Pa. passed away on Tuesday April 5, 2016 in Mon Valley Care Center after a long and courageous battle with ovarian cancer.
Born in N. Charleroi on October 2, 1965, she was the daughter of the late Eugene and Betty June Angelo Lazzari.
She was a member of the Epiphany of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church.
For the past 28 years she was a server at Hoss’s Steak and Sea.
She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law Monica and Lorenzo Gardner and a son and daughter-in-law Robert ‘RT’ and Brea Lowe III both of Monessen; two grandchildren, Lorenzo Gardner Jr. and Kyleigh Lowe; three sisters: Mary (Randy) Winklekleblech, Clairie Lazzari and Beth (Tom) Lutz; one Brother Anthony Lazzari; nephews: Joe Lazzari, Jeremy (Erin) Lazzari, Josh (Kate) Lazzari, Ryan Lutz; two nieces, Haley and Shanon Lutz; great niece Eleni Jane Lazzari; one uncle Rio (Jeannie) Lazzari; and a special cousin Linda Kay Angel who took her to all her treatments.

A Blessing Service will be held on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. in the funeral home followed by a 10 a.m. Funeral Mass in the Epiphany of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church.
Interment will take place in St. Dominic’s Cemetery Donora.
