Lorna Kathryn (Hyman) Johnson, age 83 Uniontown, Pennsylvania passed away on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at the Uniontown Hospital.
Friends will be received at STEPHEN R. HAKY FUNERAL HOME INC., 603 North Gallatin Avenue Extension, Uniontown Pa., on Saturday, April 16, 2016 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.
Funeral Services will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Sunday, April 17, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. with Dr. Colleen Molinaro officiating.
Private entombment will be held at the Sylvan Heights Cemetery Chapel of Memories Mausoleum, Uniontown.
