Savannah Jean Chastity Turachak, age 24, Lemont Furnace, passed away suddenly on Saturday, April 16, 2016 in her home.

Friends will be received in the KEZMARSKY FUNERAL HOME, 71 Pennsylvania Avenue, Uniontown, Pa., today, April 18 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m and Thursday morning from 10 a.m. until 12 Noon, the hour of the Service with Pastor Jason Lamer officiating.

Interment is private.
