Several preliminary hearings were held Tuesday in Fayette County. The results include:

Drake Wainwright Bucci, 18, of Newell waived charges of indecent exposure and open lewdness. An employee at Sheetz in South Union Township allegedly found him in the chip aisle exposing himself and touching his genitals on Aug. 21. He is no longer permitted at that Sheetz location.

Demetrius Antonyo Owens, 28, of Uniontown waived his charges to court after he allegedly endangered multiple police officers during a chase through Uniontown on March 31. He is charged with aggravated assault, flight to avoid apprehension, fleeing or attempting to elude officers, reckless endangerment and two counts of driving under the influence.
