Amelia R. (Krall) Stawovy
Amelia R. (Krall) Stawovy, age 94, of Smithton died Saturday, August 13, 2016 in the TLC Adult Care Center.
Born in Wickhaven, Pa. on Monday, July 10, 1922 Amelia was the daughter of Lukas Krall and Mary (Tori) Krall.
A homemaker, Amelia was a member of Saint John the Baptist Catholic Church, Perryopolis, Pa., and the SNPJ Lodge.
Our beloved mother will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John P. Stawovy; sisters, Mary Smodic and Ada Stavros; four brothers, William Krall, Walter Krall, Carlos Krall, Cyril Krall; and her parents.
She is survived by her sons: David J. (Patricia) Stawovy of Scottdale, Pa., and Jan (Darlene) Stawovy of Hunker, Pa.; daughters: Jacque (John) Janos of Smithton, Pa., and Cheryl (Brian) Albig of West Newton, Pa.; 12 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

A Funeral Mass will follow at 10:30 a.m. in Saint John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, 3332 Pittsburgh Road, Perryopolis, with Rev.
Father Anthony W. Ditto as the Celebrant.
Interment will follow in Saint Timothy Cemetery, Smithton.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations to a charity of one’s choice.
