Donald “Mutt” Teets, 83, Fairchance, Pa., died Friday December 2, 2016

He was born June 21, 1933 in Terra Alta, West Virginia.

He attended Penn State University and was a retired Manager of Colshire Manufacturing Company in Morgantown West Virginia.

Don was predeceased by his parents, Robert and Ellen (Kelley) Teets; sisters, Helen, Betty and Millie; brothers, Dick, Jeff, Darrell and Ty; and step-daughter, Linda C. Davis.

Surviving are his wife of 40 years, Freda B. (Nuce) Teets; son Donald “Buster”; grandchildren: Jennings L. Davis II and wife June and Shelley L. O’Hara and husband Mike; sisters: Violet Hostetler and husband Roy, and Barb Yazell and husband Max; numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will greet friends and family in the DEAN C. WHITMARSH FUNERAL HOME, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pa., Monday from 4 to 7 p.m. and on Tuesday, December 6, from 10:00 until 11:00 a.m. The Funeral Service will start at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor George W. McLaughlin officiating.

Private interment will follow in Summers Cemetery, Morgantown, West Virginia.
