Robert L. Weaver
Robert L. Weaver, age 70, of Brownsville, Pa., died on Friday, December 23, 2016.
He was born on July 15, 1946 in Ronco, Pa., to William Kenneth and Mildred Darrell Weaver.
He was a Lifetime Member of the Hiller Volunteer Fire Department and also the Brownsville Eagles.
Robert was a proud United States Marine serving during the Vietnam War.
He is survived by his wife, Annette (Carroll) Weaver; two children: Scott Robert Weaver and wife Kimberly Ann of Brownsville, Pa., and Cynthia Carroll Weaver of Butler, Pa.; grand children: Michael Charles Skelton, Julianna Rae Skelton, Madison Elizabeth Franco, Hunter Alexander Franco; father-in-law and mother-in-law, James R. and Anne V. Carroll; sister Mary Jane Marker of Mount Pleasant, Pa.; nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents; brothers, James Harshman, Joseph Harshman; sisters, Grace Adams, Dolores Mallory, and Eva Ellen Pishko.
Friends will be received in the SKIRPAN FUNERAL HOME, 135 Park Street, Brownsville, Pa., on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. where a Blessing Service will be held Wednesday at 10:00 a.m., Rev. Father Alvin Enal Cabungal officiating
Interment will follow in Church Hill Cemetery with Full Military Rites and Honors accorded by American Legion Posts 940, 295, 275 and 838.
