Two sought for questioning in West Pike Run theft
West Pike Run Township police are looking for two people for questioning in a theft earlier this month at Solomon Ford.
Chief Kyle Sneddon said the two — police believe a man and a woman — were driving a gray Ford F250 truck that is believed to have been involved in the theft of tires and tie-down chains from the dealership on Route 40 on Dec. 11.
Sneddon said the theft occurred between 12:30 and 3 p.m, and said the truck has corrosion or damage above each rear fender well.
The man police are looking to question is white, has a gray beard and was wearing jeans, a baseball cap and a red coat, possibly with black checks.
Sneddon said police believe the person with him was a woman who was wearing a brown sweater with large horizontal stripes, blue jeans and possibly yellow shoes.
“We’d like to talk to them both and gain some more information about their actions that day,” Sneddon said.
Anyone with information is asked to call police at 724-938-7170.
