Several preliminary hearings were held Tuesday in Fayette County. The results include:

Sjon-Luc Bonchnak, 23, of Dunbar waived one count each of aggravated assault and simple assault to the Fayette County Court of Common Pleas Tuesday. He allegedly pinned down his mother and broke his brother’s jaw Feb. 4 at his mother’s South Union Township home after an argument. His $30,000 bond was changed to unsecured.

Brandon Thieler, 21, of Mount Pleasant waived his charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangerment and criminal trespass to the Fayette County Court of Common Pleas Tuesday. He allegedly tried to ram a car off a bridge in Scottdale. His $25,000 bond was changed to unsecured.
