Stephen Michael Siembak Sr.
Stephen Michael Siembak Sr., age 57, formerly of Johnstown, Pa., passed away suddenly on Thursday, December 31, 2015 at his home in Perryopolis, Pa.
He was born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania on Tuesday, January 21, 1958 a son of Stanley Siembak and Carole (Silevinac) Siembak.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Dennis Siembak.
He was a veteran serving in the United States Army.
He was a sports enthusiast especially in golf, softball and baseball the Pittsburgh Pirates, Pittsburgh Steelers and Pittsburgh Penguins.
He was a dedicated Car Salesman for 37 years and loved Classic Corvettes.
He is survived by his loving wife, Angelia (Doria) Siembak; a son, Stephen Michael Siembak Jr. and his wife Dina of Lutz, Florida; two grandchildren: Sloan and Delaney; a brother, Edward Siembak and his wife Bobbie of Johnstown, Pa.; a sister, Kathleen Johnson of Ligonier, Pa.; two nieces: Corey and Gretchen; stepchildren: Ryan Keebler and his wife Kayla and their daughter Elizabeth, Matthew Keebler and Gena Keebler, Eugene and Rosemary Doria family.
Stephen’s family will receive friends today, Sunday, January 3rd, 2016 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in BLAIR-LOWTHER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 305 Rear Independence Street, Perryopolis where additional visitation will take place on Monday, January 4th, 2016 until 10:00 a.m. the time of the Prayer Service.
A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:30 a.m. in Saint John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church, 3332 Pittsburgh Road, Perryopolis, Pa., with Rev. Father Anthony W. Ditto as the Celebrant.
Interment will follow in Saint John’s Cemetery, Perryopolis, Pa.
