Richard Eugene Takach
Richard Eugene Takach, age 77, of South Park, Pa., formerly of DuBois, Pa., passed away surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, January 2, 2016.
He was born in Brookville, Pennsylvania on Thursday, April 14, 1938 to Joseph and Blanche Takach.
Richard enjoyed woodworking, carpentry, landscaping, spending time with his beloved family, and being a member of his church, Library Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Richard is survived by his beloved wife of many happy years, Margaret (Holt) Takach; two sons: Richard E (Kari) Takach Jr. and Bradley J (Susan) Takach; daughter, Debra T (John) Stiles; as well as eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Family and Friends will be received today, Monday, January 4, 2016 from 3 to 8 p.m. at the J E F F E R S O N MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, INC., 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pleasant Hills, PA 15236 (412.655.4501).
A Funeral Ceremony will be conducted by Pastor Ken Barner on Tuesday, January 5, 2016 at 11:30 a.m. at the Funeral Home Chapel.
