Ronald D. Adams
Ronald D. ‘Bullhead’ ‘Crab’ Adams, age 73, of Ohiopyle, Pa., passed away Saturday, January 2, 2016 in the Uniontown Hospital surrounded by his loving family.
He was born on Tuesday, March 3, 1942 in Brownfield, Pa., to Frank G. Adams and Grace V. (Martin) Adams
He was a retired Equipment Operator with CSX Railroad for 37 years.
He loved spending time with his loving wife, children, grandchildren.
He enjoyed NASCAR and playing cards with his friends.
He was predeceased by his parents; brother, Web; and two sisters, Shirley and Lucille.
Surviving are his loving wife of 50 years {October 25, 2015} Joyce (Flemming) Adams; two children: Ron ‘Jake’ Adams (Marci) of Ohiopyle, Pa., and Lori Adams (Gerald ‘Duker’ Maison) of Hopwood, Pa.; seven loving grandchildren: Shane, Wyatt, Elaina, Victoria, Vanessa, Cassey (Adam), and Jamie (Brian); five loving great grand children: Logan, Jolene, Zachary, Bella and Stone; numerous nieces and nephews and cousins; and his special cats: Precious, Patches, Miss Kitty and Paws.
Friends will be received in DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, FARMINGTON, Pa., today from 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and on Thursday, January 7, 2016 from 10 a.m. until 12 Noon, the hour of the Service with Connie Smithburger officiating.
Interment will follow in Sands Cemetery, Maple Summit, Ohiopyle.
