John E. “Jack” Stump
John E. ”Jack” Stump, age 67, of Rostraver Township, Pa., died on Wednesday, January 6, 2016 in the UPMC Presbyterian Hospital.
Born on Thursday, November 11, 1948 (Armistice Day), in North Charleroi, Pa., he was the son of the now late John H. Stump and Evelyn (Everett) Stump.
Jack served honorably in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.
He graduated from the Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics.
He worked for North American Rockwell and Pratt & Whitney Aerospace Company.
He retired as a Sales Manager from Dean Honda in Pleasant Hills, Pa.
He was a member of the American Legion in Belle Vernon, Pa., the Russian Club, Pricedale, Pa., and the PNA in Arnold City, Pa.
Besides his parents, Jack was preceded in death by an infant son, Jeffery E. Stump.
He is survived by his loving wife, Beverly (Cunningham) Stump; two sons: Shawn M. (Debbie) Stump of West Virginia, Jeffrey A. (Christie) Stump of Maryland; two grand children: Shawna L. (Zak) Voreh of West Virginia and Bryce D. Stump of Maryland; two great grandchildren: Bentley J. Stump and Ellie M. Voreh; brother, Vernon Stump of New Hampshire; sister, Jeanetta ‘Tippy’ (Richard) Petras of West Virginia; several nieces and nephews; and many cherished friends.

Military Rites and Honors will be accorded following the service.
