Elizabeth T. (Katchmark) Hepple Ambler
Elizabeth T. (Katchmark) Hepple Ambler, age 86, formerly of Pricedale, Pa., died on Tuesday, January 19, 2016 at 5:15 a.m. at the Haven Crest Nursing Home Carroll Township, Pa.
Born on Friday, December 13, 1929 in Charleroi, Pa., she was the daughter of Thomas Katchmark and Teresa (Popovich) Katchmark.
A lifelong resident of Pricedale, Mrs. Ambler was a member of the Saint Sebastian Roman Catholic Church, Belle Vernon, Pa.
She was a homemaker.
She loved to socialize, dance, and sing.
She was known for her homemade pierogis.
She was a staple in the community of Pricedale since she lived there her entire life.
She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Delmar Hepple (1991); and her second husband, Leon B. Ambler (1999); a brother, Robert Katchmark; and two sisters, Mary Ann Ercegovich and Pauline Radek.
She is survived by 11 children: Diane Bodner, Delma and Samuel Tallerico, Barb and Alvin Dunseath, Betty Lou and Edward Davis, Thomas and Georgene Hepple, Joseph Hepple, Patricia and Davis Macko, Terry Galiotto, Gene and Candy Hepple, Cheryl Hepple, Delmar and Kim Hepple; four sisters: K a y Hamilton, D o r o t h y Hathaway, Pearl Snyder, and Edith McQuillis; 25 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held today from 6 to 8 p.m. at PARZYNSKI FUNERAL HOME &Amp; CREMATIONS, Family Owned and Operated, 626 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon, PA 15012 (724.929.6183).
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, January 21, 2016 at the PARZYNSKI FUNERAL HOME &Amp; CREMATIONS at 10:00 a.m.
Interment will take place in Mon Valley Memorial Park, 49 Second Street Extension, Donora, PA 15033.
