Richard Lloyd Haines, age 77 of Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania passed away Tuesday, January 25th, 2016.
He was the son of the late Joseph Clarence Haines and Mildred (Williams) Haines.
He was born on Saturday, August 6th, 1938, in Pittsburgh, Pa.
