According to the Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape, prosecutors can file criminal charges in sex abuse cases involving minors up until the victim’s 50th birthday for victims born prior to 2002 and up to the age of 30 for victims born prior to 2002 under current civil laws.

A story Wednesday did not include the limitation for those born before 2002.
