Greene County duo charged with having sex with teen
A Nemacolin duo is lodged in the Greene County Prison after they allegedly engaged in a threesome with a minor.
State police said Nina Jordan, 24, reported that a 15-year-old girl approached her and David W. Smith, 25, about having a threesome. The alleged encounter occurred on Feb. 14 at a home in Crucible.
The teen and her mother later reported the alleged incident to police. The Herald-Standard does not identify those who allege they are victims of sex crimes.
According to the affidavit, Jordan told police she became uncomfortable at some point during the encounter and left the room. When questioned, the 15-year-old told police that she, Jordan and Smith ingested Subutex beforehand, and that they were all present while several sex acts were performed. Subutex is a narcotic pain killer.
Jordan and Smith were both charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, unlawful contact with a minor, conspiracy, statutory sexual assault, conspiracy to commit statutory sexual assault, corruption of minors, indecent exposure, indecent assault and conspiracy to commit indecent assault.
Smith faces additional charges of conspiracy to commit unlawful contact with a minor and statutory sexual assault.
Magisterial District Judge Lee Watson set Jordan’s bond at $25,000 and Smith’s bond at $40,000. They face preliminary hearings on March 14.
