Mary Rita Ririe
‘Mary’ Rita Ririe, 87, of Rostraver Township, Pa. passed on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 in Mon Valley Hospital.
Born in Monongahela , Pa. on January 7, 1929, she was the daughter of the late George and Elizabeth (Burns) Jonas.
A homemaker, Rita was a member of the Church of St. Anne in Rostraver Twp.
She is survived by her sons, Donald J. (Susan) Ririe, Jr. of Glendale Heights, Ill. and Thomas R. Ririe of Baton Rouge, La.; granddaughter, Rachel Pollina; brother, George Jonas, Jr. of Monongahela, Pa. ; and sisters, Elizabeth Fronzaglio of Monessen and Regina Ellsworth of Reynoldsburg, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald J. ‘Dougal’ Ririe; a sister, Anna Louise Horrell and her parents.
THE FAMILY AND FRIENDS WILL GATHER for a Funeral Mass on Monday, March 7, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. in the CHURCH OF ST. ANNE, 1870 Rostraver Road, Belle Vernon, Pa. with Rev. Vincent J. Gigliotti as celebrant.
Interment will follow inWest Newton Cemetery
