Jasper Shaffer, infant, 42 days, passed away on Friday, March 4, 2016 at his home in Smithfield Pennsylvania.
He was born in Uniontown, Pennsylvania on Friday, January 22, 2016 the beloved son of Pauline Virginia Shaffer.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his brother, Jacob Edward Shaffer; grand parents: Gerald and Patty Shaffer of McClellandtown, Pa., and Osabee Engle and Robert Mitchell, Smithfield, Pa.; aunts, uncles and cousins
Friends will be received in the JOHN S. MAYKUTH JR. FUNERAL, 7 River Ave., Masontown, Pa., on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., the hour of Service in Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Rose Bircher officiating.
Interment will follow.
