MaryAnn (Varner) Martin
MaryAnn (Varner) Martin, age 59, of Uniontown, Pennsylvania passed away after a brief but courageous battle with cancer on Friday, March 25, 2016 with her loving family by her side in Uniontown Hospital.
MaryAnn was born on Monday, February 18, 1957 in Monessen Pa., the daughter of Robert Varner and Jeanie (Spencer) Zellie.
She was predeceased by her father, Robert Varner; step-father, Paul J. Zellie; a sister, Sandra Varner; and a nephew, Frankie S. Childs Jr.
MaryAnn is survived by her loving husband of 34 years, Alan “Scott” Martin; one daughter, Vanessa Martin and her boyfriend Eric; step-son, Matthew Martin; her mother, Jeanie Zellie; four sisters: Rita Matlick and husband Sherman, Vanessa Childs and husband Frank, Bobbie Barkovic and husband Frank, and Paula Bowlin; brother, Paul J. Zellie Jr. a special sister-in-law, Lori Shea Zellie; several nieces, nephews and cousins; and her furry, four-legged son, Toby.
Friends will be received in THOMAS M. DOLFI FUNERAL HOME, 136 North Gallatin Avenue, Uniontown, Pa., Monday March 28, from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 until 10 a.m. at which time a Service will be held with Pastor Stan Flasher officiating.
Interment follows in Sylvan Heights Cemetery
