Irwin woman facing 84 drug charges after traffic stop
An Irwin woman is facing 84 drug-related charges after she was allegedly found with morphine during a traffic stop in Mount Pleasant.
Helena Dee Uncapher, 31, allegedly told police she was planning to give morphine pills to a friend.
A driver, who is not facing charges, was pulled over on Main Street for a report of a “burnt out” passenger at about 10:30 p.m. Thursday.
Uncapher was allegedly found with marijuana, two bottles of morphine pills, $163, a scale and drug paraphernalia.
She is charged with one count each of acquiring a controlled substance by misrepresentation, possession of a controlled substance, unauthorized purchase of a controlled substance and unauthorized removal of a seal on a controlled substance and 59 counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and 19 counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
She was arraigned before on-call Magisterial District Judge Mark Mansour and lodged in Westmoreland County Prison in lieu of a $25,000 bond.
