Brian William Clark
Brian William Clark, 35 years, of Smithfield, Pennsylvania passed away peacefully at his residence on Friday, March 25, 2016.
He was born on Monday, August 4, 1980 in Uniontown, Pa.
Brian was a Firefighter Truck Driver and an EMT Responder. He volunteered with the North Union Volunteer Fire Department and also the McClellandtown Volunteer Fire Department.
He was a member of Walt’s Tavern Pool League.
Surviving are his parents, Alvin Dale Clark and Theresa (Handlin) Clark; four children: Trevor Clark and Caleigh Clark, Haley Murray and Jamie Murray; his fiancee, Monica Murray; three brothers: Shaun Clark and Andrew Clark both of Smithfield, Pa., Jason Clark and his wife Samantha of Uniontown, Pa.; a favorite uncle and aunt, Melvin and Mary Clark of Uniontown, Pa.; and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at 11 a.m. in the SHELL FUNERAL HOME INC., 164 South Mount Vernon Avenue, Uniontown, PA 15401. Rev. Scott R. McCormick will officiate.
