Felicia Dusak Hoferka, 95 of Twinsburg, Ohio and formerly of Smithfield, Pa. passed away on Monday, November 7, 2016.

She was born October 29, 1921 in Ausonia, Connecticut.

Felicia was prede-ceased by her parents, Peter Dusak and Constantia Navorski Dusak; husband John J. Hoferka and an infant son, Frank Hoferka.

Surviving are her sons, John Hoferka of Kentucky and Joe Hoferka and wife Sandra of Alabama; daughter, Dorothy Hoferka of Ohio; grandsons, Todd and Joey; granddaughters, Jackie, Kathie and Donna and many great grandchildren.

The family will greet friends and family in the DEAN C. WHITMARSH FUNERAL HOME, 134 West Church Street, Fairchance, Pa. on Saturday, November 12, 2016 from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m.

A Funeral Home Blessing Service will begin at 11:00 a.m.

Interment will follow in Mount Moriah Baptist Cemetery, Smithfield, Pa
