Thomas D. Foreman
Thomas D. Foreman, age 84 of Ohiopyle, Pa. passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, November 8, 2016.
He was born May 17, 1932 in Uniontown, Pa., son of the late Vernon Amon Foreman and Lela (Frum) Foreman.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters: Mary Ellen Kahl, Elizabeth Girard and Gerildene Foreman and brother Bernard Foreman.
Thomas graduated from North Union High School with the class of 1950.
He worked as a truck driver for Cluss Lumber Company for 28 years.
Thomas served in the United States Army during the Korean War. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign War Post No. 47 and General George C. Marshall AMVETS Post No. 103.
Left to cherish Thomas’ memory are his wife Donna (Tobert) Foreman of Ohiopyle, Pa.; sons: Mark Foreman of Uniontown, Pa., Douglas Brent Foreman and wife Maureen of Mill Run, Pa. and Troy Foreman and wife Kelly of Greensboro, Pa. and grandchildren: Colbie and husband Andrew, Tyler and wife Alexa, Olivia, Braedon, Ava and Amelia; brothers, Vernon ‘Bud’ Foreman of Uniontown, Pa. and Robert Foreman of New York; sisters, Carol Perciavalle and husband Rocco of San Antonio, Texas, Bonnie Martin and husband Marty of Melbourne Beach, Fla. and Elenore ‘Jane’ Albertson and husband Norman of Indianapolis, Indiana.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANDREW D FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME, 80 Morgantown St., Uniontown, Pa. where the family received friends on Thursday, November 10, 2016.
Visitation will continue in the funeral home on Friday, November 11 from 10 until 11 a.m., followed by a service celebrating Thomas’ life at 11 a.m. with Rev. Roland Maust officiating.
Interment will follow in Walnut Hill Cemetery.
