Dawna Beryl (Martin) Provance, age 77, of Chalk Hill, Pa., passed away Sunday, November 13, 2016. Her final days were spent surrounded by family and friends that she had touched in some way thoughout her life.

Friends will be received in DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, HOPWOOD, Pa., today November 16, 2016 from 2 to 7 p.m., the hour of Service in the funeral home with Reverend David Herring officiating

Interment will be in Mount Washington Cemetery, Farmington.
