Traci Kim Holmes, age 51, of Staten Island, New York died Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at her home.

She was born in December 6, 1964 in Queens, New York, daughter and youngest child of Richard S. Holmes and Clara Poole Holmes.

She was predeceased by her parents, Clara Poole Holmes in 1991 and Richard S. Holmes in 2002.

Surviving are her four children: three sons: Army Private Amir D. Holmes, Brandon G. Lawrence, and Jayden B. Holmes, and one daughter, Aniyah M. Dawkins all of Staten Island, New York; her four brothers: Richard S. Holmes and his wife Cassandra of Jersey City, New Jersey, Larry O. Holmes and his wife Sharlene of Pensacola, Florida, and Gerald S. Holmes of Pensacola, Florida, Wesley Holmes of Staten Island, New York; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Family and Friends will be received at the LANTZ FUNERAL HOME, INC., 297 East Main Street, Uniontown, Pa., on Friday, November 18, 2016 for visitation from 10 a.m. until 12 Noon, the hour of service.

Interment will follow at the Edenborn Cemetery, McClellandtown, Pa.
