A preliminary hearing was held this week in Fayette County. The result:

Clayton David Krysak, 31, of Uniontown was held for the court after he allegedly secretly recorded two teens in his Lenox Street house in December. He is charged with criminal use of a communication facility and four counts of filming a sex act of a child. He is free from jail on a $150,000 bond.
