Shizuko “Suzy” (Tanaka) Smith
Shizuko Smith, age 86, Uniontown, Pennsylvania passed away on Friday, November 18, 2016.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANDREW D FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORIES, INC., 80 Morgantown Street, Uniontown, Pennsylvania where family and friends will be received on today November 22, 2016 in the funeral home from 10 until 11 a.m. followed by a Service Celebrating Suzy’s Life at 11 a.m. The Rev. Kevin Anderson will officiate.
Entombment will follow in the Chapel of Memories at Sylvan Heights Cemetery.
