Barbara “Barbie” (Mehallick) Trainor
Barbara ‘Barbie’ (Mehallick) Trainor, age 82, of Uniontown, Pa., passed away Friday, November 25, 2016.
Barbara was born on January 22, 1934 in Connellsville, Pa., the daughter of Ann and Joseph Mehallick.
She grew up in Leisenring, Pa.
She graduated from Dunbar Township High School, Class of 1951.
Following graduation, she like so many girls from the area took a Civil Service Exam and became employed at the Veterans Administration in Washington, D.C., and later in Pittsburgh, Pa.
She is also remembered as being an avid ‘Flea Marketer’.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, William ‘Bill’ Trainor; and her parents.
She is survived by her beloved son, Tim Ennis of Lancaster, Pa.; and her brother, Ronald ‘Sharkie’ Mehallick, who was always there for her, and his wife Carol of Connellsville, Pa.
As she lived her life her final wish was to have a private funeral service at the KEZMARSKY FUNERAL HOME, 71 Pennsylvania Avenue, Uniontown Pa
Interment will be in Sylvan Heights Cemetery
