Carley Lowery of Dunbar, a student at Youngstown State University in Ohio and a member of Phi Lambda Chapter of Alpha Omicron Pi, helped the sorority raise $2,000 at its Second Annual Strike-Out Arthritis event. Lowery is a Pre Social Work major at YSU.

Strike-out Arthritis is a bowling event held to raise money and awareness for the Arthritis Foundation. Proceeds from the recent event will be used to fund research and education.
