Derek Patrick Kemp
Derek Patrick Kemp, 19 years, of West Leisenring, Pa., died on Saturday, September 3, 2016 as the result of an automobile accident.
He was born October 13, 1996 in Uniontown Pa
Derek was a former employee of 84 Lumber.
He was a loving son, brother, father, and nephew who will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Preceding him in death were his father, Danny Kemp; and his paternal grandparents, John E. Kemp and Phyllis L. Kemp.
Surviving are his mother, Dana Marie Bowers of West Leisenring, Pa.; a son, Remington of Uniontown, Pa.; his maternal grandparents, Donald Bowers and Patricia Shamrock of West Leisenring, Pa.; three siblings: Donald Kemp and wife Sara of Confluence, Pa., Danny ‘Rusty’ Kemp and wife Rachel of Uniontown, Pa. and Summer Stewart of West Leisenring, Pa.; a best friend whom he considered a brother, Trevor Spiker of Uniontown, Pa.; aunt Anise; uncle Randy; uncle Connie; and many more uncles, aunts, cousins, friends.
Friends will be received in the SHELL FUNERAL HOME INC., 164 South Mount Vernon Avenue, Uniontown, Pa., today, September 7, from 2 to 6 p.m. A Service will be held at 6:00 p.m. with Pastor Scott Cooper officiating.
