Marlene Augusta (King) Myers
Marlene Augusta (King) Myers, age 74 of McClellandtown, Pa. passed away at home on September 6, 2016 surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on December 26, 1941 in McClellandtown, Pa.
She is preceded in death by her parents Charles and Ora (Wright) King, daughter Elizabeth Ann Myers, brother John (Jack) King and sister Denise Ellen Chuska.
She was a 1959 graduate of German Township Senior High School in McClellandtown, Pa.
She was employed by Fayette Bank and Uniontown Country Club for many years.
She passionately researched genealogy for her families and assisted many others. She was a member of the Fayette County Historical Society.
Marlene is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 51 years Anthony (Tony) Myers; children: Belinda Myers (Joseph McMichael), Marlisse (Suzie) Leventry (Tom Suter), Anthony Myers, Jr. (Andrea Janson), and Marlena and her husband Raymond Theodori; sister Charlene Hardin; aunt Norma Jean Collins of Elyria, Ohio; grandchildren: Mallory Becker (Heath Dugan, Nebraska), Gregory Nehls, Ashley Leventry (Troy Barclay), Kyler, Chace and Caileigh Theodori, Oliva Suter; great grandson McCoy Dugan; special cousin Margaret (Babe) and Bill Lurvey (Mich.); many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends; and dear friend Helen Mudery.
Marlene enjoyed caring for her family and grandchildren; baking and flower gardening; and was an avid collector of Duncan Miller glass baskets.
In retirement Marlene and Tony enjoyed traveling to places near and far. They especially enjoyed visiting their dear friends the Miller families of Dundee, Ohio.

Friends will be received in The SHELL FUNERAL HOME, INC. 164 S. Mt. Vernon Ave., Uniontown, PA today (Friday) until 11 a.m., the hour of service, with Pastor Kevin Anderson officiating.
Interment will follow in Sylvan Heights Cemetery.
