Delmas Russell Kline
Delmas Russell Kline, age 84, of Grindstone, Pa. passed away Wednesday, April 19, 2017 in Mount Macrina Manor.
He was born January 19, 1933 in Vandergrift, Pa., son of Albert Kline and Anna (Crissman) Kline McAfoose.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Lee Shepley Kline step father, Oscar Leo McAfoose; brother, Charles McAfoose; and brothers-in-law, Jack Doland, Don Evans and William Young.
Delmas retired from Isabella Mine where he worked as a Mechanic and was a member of the UMWA Local 6295.
He loved to hunt and fish, work on cars, work in the garden, play cards.
Left to cherish Delmas’ memory are his step-son, Brian Shepley and wife Wendy of Brier Hill, Pa.; sons: Delmas Kline Jr. and Kevin Kline of Grindstone, Pa., Gary Kline and wife Lora of Vandergrift, Pa., and Dale Kline of Avonmore, Pa.; daughter, Cathy Nunamaker of Avonmore Pa.; brother, Dean Kline of Cleveland, Ohio; sisters: Lois Doland of Cleveland, Ohio, Connie Evans of Leechburg, Pa., Betty Young of Tarentum Pa.; sister-in-law, Jean McAfoose of Avonmore, Pa.; former daughter-in-law, Autumn Golling; granddaughters: Raelee Kline and Lexi Kline of Uniontown, Pa.; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANDREW D FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 80 Morgantown Street, Uniontown, Pennsylvania where family and friends will be received Monday, April 24, from 4 until 7 pm followed by a service celebrating Delmas’ life at 7:00 p.m. with Rev. Peter Malik officiating.
Interment will be private.
