Betty A. Logan Pahula, age 82, of New Salem, Pa., passed away on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at her home.

She was born on September 28, 1935 in Orient, Pa., daughter of Steve Logan and Mary C. (Horwath) Logan.

Betty was a member of the former Church of the Madonna, Cardale, Pa., now Saint Francis of Assisi Parish.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Pahula in 2008; a sister, Mary David; brother-in-law, Donald David; brothers, Andrew Logan and Steve Logan; and her parents.

Surviving are a sister, Rose Gotch and husband Michael of Cleveland, Ohio; brothers: Edward Logan of Filbert, Pa., and Bernard Logan of New Salem, Pa.; special friend Elmer Sasko of Uniontown, Pa.; special friends: Kim and Greg Peck of New Salem, Pa., and Dolores “Dolly” Senyitko and friend Bob of Snuff Ridge, Pa.

Friends will be received in ROBERT T. KISH FUNERAL HOME INC., One Legion Street, Republic, Pa., today from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and on Monday, December 4, until 9:30 a.m. when a Prayer Service will be held.

A Funeral Mass will follow at 10 a.m. in Saint Francis of Assisi Church (Footedale worship site) with Rev. Father William G. Berkey as Celebrant.

Interment will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, Pa.
